In the United States, we generally relate our violence issues to easy access of firearms. In the UK, where guns are harder to come by, knives are the main source of concern.

Perhaps surprisingly, a panel of Merseyside teenagers blamed a wave of British stabbings on violent media, including video games. As reported by the Liverpool Daily Post, the teens suggested that age limits on some games be raised:

Ex-offender Bob Croxton, who’s now an outreach worker with Liverpool’s Criminal Information Bureaux, said his nephew had been stabbed to death at the age of 17.

He asked the panel the best way to tackle knife crime and was told raising the age on films and computer games would stop young people committing crime. It said parents should take care of their children and stop them hanging around the streets all day and night.

The panel responded to questions from officers from Merseyside Police, city councils and other youth and crime agencies. Action for Children, which supports and speaks on behalf of the vulnerable, organised the event as part of a government consultation.

Based on the MSI specs listed. You can put in a better processor to replace your celeron, that is not meant for playing games. The max speed processor as shown is 3.2Ghz. Note . Don't buy a celeron again. Buy a pentium 3.2Ghz, without the word "celeron"
Celeron is a slower processor

onboard video card is normally unable to handle games well too. You can have an option to buy a 8X AGP video card. That should come cheap. As AGP is no longer a new technology.

Changing these 2 stuff should make your system FLY..

Oh.. and for the harddrives.. yes, you can transfer some of your files over to the new one. But not system files . Those will stay where they are.
You can choose whether you want to cash in on the extra hard disk. [ I will say yes] But your system will still run fine, even if you don't buy new hard disks.
Those 2 are the top priority that must be changed for a huge speed improvement

Packing a host of innovations, the AMD 790GX integrates advanced performance tuning for AMD PhenomTM processors, plus ATI RadeonTM HD 3300 graphics - the world’s fastest motherboard graphics processor (mGPU) – to take media aficionados beyond HD. In addition to AMD validation, independent testing of the AMD 790GX chipset shows significant increases in AMD Phenom processor performance2 via the introduction of Advanced Clock Calibration technology. Versatile graphics options include ATI Hybrid CrossFireX™ technology, which pairs the on-board ATI RadeonTM HD 3300 graphics with a discrete graphics card from either of the ATI Radeon™ HD 3400 series or ATI Radeon™ HD 2400 series graphics cards; or ATI CrossFireX™ multi-GPU technology, to enable multiple discrete graphics cards to work together to satisfy gamers demanding the best in 3D performance at maximum display resolution.

The motherboard is, after all, the foundation of every computer, and the importance is central to stable system operation.
